A motorized boat carrying 16 passengers encountered engine trouble and started to sink after it was hit by big waves near Rapu-Rapu Island in Albay on Friday morning. LtCol. Maria Luisa Calubaquid, police regional spokesman, said the waves were big and the stalled seacraft was overwhelmed with sea water.
