The body of a fisherman was retrieved from the sea after he went fishing on Tuesday despite the no fishing, no sailing advisory from authorities due to Typhoon "Maymay." Ruelie Rapsing, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) head, identified the victim as Marcial Pugal of Quinawegan, Buguey, Cagayan.
