    Maritime police confiscates small fishing boats

    The top official of the Maritime Police Station-Bacolod City said that the confiscation of small fishing boats in Manapla town, Negros Occidental, was legal amid questions raised by some boat operators. Its officer-in-charge Police Lieutenant Reynaldo Dauden Jr. yesterday, October 17, said the confiscation was in response to the help sought by Manapla Mayor Manuel Escalante on October 14, 2022.
