    The 92 families or 301 people who were evacuated in Marikina on Tuesday due to Severe Tropical Storm Florita returned to their homes as the Marikina River water level subsided yesterday. The city public information office said the evacuees who sought shelter at the Nangka Elementary School and H. Bautista Elementary School returned home after the river’s water level dropped to 14.3 meters at around 6:20 a.m.
