The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region III (BFAR-3) has warned individuals who are engaging in illegal electrofishing. In a statement, the agency said those who will be caught conduction illegal unreported and unregulated fishing such as electrofishing may be penalized under RA 10654.
