Around 30 fisherfolks here underwent an orientation and training on Fisheries Law Enhancement and Enforcement from Sept. 21 to 29. It was a collective endeavor of the provincial government of Capiz in partnership with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Capiz (BFAR-Capiz) and Sentro Para sa Ikauunlad ng Katutubong Agham at Teknolohiya ( SIKAT) Inc., conducted in preparation for the operation of the Provincial Bantay Dagat.
