Four fishermen were arrested yesterday in the waters of Barangay Sua, San Dionisio town for alleged illegal fishing. Detained at the San Dionisio police station were Judith Bulacan, 47, boat captain; George Bulacan, 28; Heruel Villacastin, 33; and Jomer Santander, 23; all residents of Barangay Odiongan, San Dionisio.
