    The United States on Tuesday said it supports the Philippines' continued calls on China to "respect" the international law of the sea in the South China Sea (SCS) amid the reported swarming of Chinese vessels there. In a statement shared by the US Embassy in Manila, State Department spokesman Ned Price voiced concern over the reported swarming particularly on the Spratly Islands.
