To promote and further boost the local bangus industry, the Guimaras provincial government is set to celebrate its first ever Bangus Fair on Dec. 16 at the capitol grounds in Barangay San Miguel, Jordan town. Milk fish, or bangus, produced by local fish farmers will be sold at the capitol grounds from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The one-day activity features fresh bangus selling; demonstration on bangus deboning; selling of bangus processed products and cuisine, relleno and marinated bangus; and a bangus deboning competition.
