A search and rescue operation was launched for a fisherman reported missing in the seawaters of Barangay Batonan Sur, Culasi, Antique. Romeo Vicente, 69, of Barangay Batonan Sur, went fishing onboard a small vessel around 6 a.m. on Dec. 28. The family said they usually expected Vicente to be back by 10 a.m.
