    Couple Romeo de Luna, 62, and Elvira de Luna, 59, of Sitio Tambac, Maonon village in Ligao City survived daily through fishing within the Ticao-Burias Pass, the second-largest seascape in the Philippines. The couple, both elementary graduates with two children, are living in the fishing village at Sitio Tambac, Maonon, Ligao City, and have been involved in fishing for more than 40 years.
