Authorities have rescued 11 fishermen on board a commercial fishing boat that capsized off the waters of Tictabon Island and Mampang in Zamboanga City on Wednesday, Nov. 30. A report from the PCG Station Zamboanga said they received a phone call from a resident of Mampang informing them about the capsizing of F/B JAYA-1 with 11 fishermen onboard, including the boat captain.
