The total rehabilitation of Boracay is on track to be completed in May 2020, The Boracay Inter- Agency Task Force (BIATF) said on Thursday. In statement, Natividad Bernardino, general manager of the BIA Rehabilitation Management Group (BIARMG), said work was moving right on schedule for completion for the first half of next year in time for the expiration of BIATF.
