local.seafdecaqd.extract | The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has raised the red tide alert in the coastal waters of Milagros in Masbate, and Bolinao, Anda, Alaminos, and Wawa, Bani in Pangasinan, a senior official said on Thursday. BFAR Director Asis Perez said shellfish collected in the coastal waters of Bataan, including Mariveles, Limay, Orion, Pilar, Balanga, Orani, Abucay, and Samal are also still positive for paralytic shellfish poison. "All types of shellfish and alamang from these areas are not safe for human consumption," Perez said. | en |
