    Excerpt
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Monday said it had summoned Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian after a people's Liberation Army-Navy (PLAN) ship illegally entered the Sulu Sea and stayed there for three days. Foreign Acting Undersecretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro had already "demanded" that China abide with international law, respect the Philippine territory and its maritime jurisdiction and order all its vessels to "desist from entering Philippine waters uninvited and without permission."
