    Excerpt
Senators Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito and Risa Hontiveros on Monday expressed their frustration over the latest harassment committed by China Coast Guard on a Philippine Coast Guard vessel in the West Philippine Sea. For Ejercito, the incident where a China Coast Guard vessel allegedly pointed a military-grade laser light at the Philippine Coast Guard vessel on 6 February was “too much.”
