“Divers and local residents of Sarangani province have joined hands in collecting crown of thorns starfish (COT) at Barangay Gumasa as part of the celebration of the Sarangani Bay (SarBay) Festival this year. The COT has seriously affected the beautiful beach site of Sarangani Bay specifically the coastal areas of Glan and Maasim, Sarangani Governor Steve Solon said on Sunday.
