Thirty-one fishermen aboard five motorbancas were arrested by the personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) for illegal fishing off Ternate, Cavite on Friday. In an report on Saturday, the PCG said the 31 local fishermen were caught using air compressors in fishing activities near the waters of Kayokno and Paniman.
