Another dolphin and a sea turtle were found dead in Panay town here recently. The dead dolphin was found in Barangay Butacal, Panay on Jan. 23, 2022 by residents Daniel Alaban Jr. and Ryan Binondo. This was eventually reported to Capiz Environment and Natural Resources Office (CaPENRO) by Elma Varnal.
