    The captain of the Philippine vessel claimed they were intentionally hit by the Chinese vessel even if they were anchored last week at the Reed Bank in the South China Sea. Junel Insigne, captain of F/B GEMVIR1, said those onboard the Chinese vessel were aware they hit the Filipino boat but they switched off lights before leaving them at sea.
