Barangay representatives from the city governments of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Manila, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasig, Quezon, Taguig and Valenzuela have received paddle boats from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for use during cleanups and emergencies. The boats were turned over by DENR National Capital Region in line with the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program.
