    Excerpt
With the help from the Rotary Clubs of Victorias and Bacolod-Marapara, the Victorias coastal barangay of Pasil, Negros Occidental, is planning to expand its already promising Eco-Trail program with the construction of a small floating restaurant. This is one of several projects both clubs discussed with local officials during a recent visit to plant more mangrove trees, which are helping to protect the barangay's shoreline.
