local.seafdecaqd.extractA dead sea cow locally known as “dugong” was found in Macahulom Reef, one of the reefs at the Sagay Marine Reserve in Sagay City, for the first time after more than two decades, on Monday, July 18. Reports from City Veterinarian and Agriculture Offices reported that the “dugong” was identified to be a female adult. It measures 2.95 meters with an estimated weight of 300 to 350 kilograms and is already in the advanced state of decomposition.en
