For fishing in the waters of Dumangas town using fine mesh nets and active fishing gears, two men were arrested. Their fishing boat was impounded, said Inspector Francis Albert Fortunado, Dumangas police chief. The suspects face a charge for violation of Municipal FisheriesOrdinance 2009-05.
