Two crew members were injured when a passenger vessel caught fire in the waters off Lapulapu City past midnight yesterday. MV Trans Asia 1 caught fire about 100 meters from the shore of Barangay Punta Engaño, Lapu-lapu. Lt. Junior Grade Krysta Bergantin, spokesperson of Philippine Coast Guardcentral Visayas (PCG 7), said the incident was reported to their office at 1:55 a.m.
