    The municipal government of Concepcion, Iloilo collected some P90,000 in fine from 36 fishermen who dared to operate without permits earlier this week. Task Force operatives apprehended 24 fishermen catching squid eight kilometers from the coastline of Baliguian Island. Twelve others were caught off the coast of Bacot Island, Barangay Taloto-an, all in Concepcion town.
