Santiago Island, Bolinao, Pangasinan - this humble fishing village used to be home to a variety of fish species. But due to overfishing, illegal marine activities, and pollution, the fish population in this area drastically declined, resulting to lesser catch by villagers who rely on fishing as their main source of living.
