The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in Central Luzon vowed to help local governments here in implementing self-reliant fish industry projects in compliance with the Mandanas Ruling. During a convention of Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), a topic regarding the Supreme Court ruling of increasing the share of national government tax revenue of local governments was discussed.
