Data released by the DA showed that production loss in Regions I, II, III, IV-A and Cordillera Administrative Region was pegged at P8,451,012,839, including damage to livestock, fisheries, rice and corn crops, high-value crops as well as infrastructure. Rice areas sustained the biggest loss valued at P7.21 billion.en
