Former Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario on Monday lauded the Philippine government’s decision to uphold the country’s sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) while finding new energy sources. In a statement, Del Rosario said he appreciated the remarks made by Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. during the celebration of Department of Foreign Affairs 124th Founding Anniversary.
