Four fishermen were arrested at the Pilar Bay for allegedly engaging in dynamite fishing at 2 p.m. on Oct. 10. Police Inspector Ruby Magallanes, Pilar police chief, indentified the four suspects as Pedro Berry, Reynaldo Aquino, Ronald Velasco and Reman Aguilar, all residents of Barangay Casanayan said town. Confiscated from the suspects were 13 bottles of improvised dynamite, fishing paraphernalia and a motorboat.
