local.seafdecaqd.extractA motorized fishing banca boat carrying 50 passengers capsized off the shoreline of Barangay Saysain, Bagac, Bataan on Sunday, leaving four dead and one missing, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported Monday. The accident took place approximately 18 nautical miles involving F/bca “Gra Twin Sister” which was battered by huge waves causing it to tip over. The PCG identified the fatalities as Alexander Mesina, Tirso de Guia, Edgar Balboa and Gregorio Limboc.en
