    The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) substation in Morong, Bataan on Sunday reported that four fisherfolk died, one missing, and 45 were rescued when the fishers' boat capsized due to strong waves while fishing along the vicinity waters here on Thursday, June 23. Edward John Lazaro, PCG Morong substation commander, identified the fatalities as Alexander Mesina, 52; Tirso de Guia, 45; Edgar Balboa, 50; and Gregorio Limboc, 43; all from Nasugbu, Batangas, and crew of fishing boat Twin Sister.
