Major breakthroughs in prawn, milkfish, bighead and seabass researches were cited as main achievements of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (Seafdec-AQD) in a report submitted to new Agriculture and Food Minister Ramon V. Mitra by Seafdec AQD officials.
