Carps may soon replace bangus as the favorite fare on the table of Filipino families. This was learned yesterday from Dr. Alfredo Santiago, Jr., chief of the Binangonan Research Station (BRS) of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) in Tapao Point, Binangonan, Rizal.
