The Commission on Audit (COA) has noted a "high success rate" by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) in developing aquaculture technologies. In a press statement, COA said that 63 per cent of the technologies developed by the department have been verified effective outside laboratory conditions.
