The prawn industry in Capiz continues to suffer heavy losses despite government efforts to save what used to be a multimillion dollar business. Lawyer Antonio B. Ortiz, manager of Aquafresh Seafoods Inc., which processes and exports prawns and other seafood products, told the Inquirer the industry's losses could reach P100 million every month.
