Remigio Cahilig, 50, laments that he may have to give up fishing. Cahilig is one of this town's remaining 300 fishermen. Tigbauan used to be a thriving fishing community but what remains of it today are just specks of fisherfolk communities being edged out by beach resorts and aquatic farms.
