Dr. Rolando Platon has been reappointed chief of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) based here. Platon was given another two-year term starting this April by the SEAFDEC Council during its annual meeting held recently in Brunei Darussalam.
