The Aquaculture Department (AQD), one of the four technical departments of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), will hold a seminar workshop on November 19-20 titled "Media networking for aquaculture information," in its main station in Tigbauan town, 23 kilometers southeast of Iloilo City.
