The Philippine-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) will celebrate 25th anniversary on July 9 confident that it can continue strongly supporting the aquaculture research and development (R&D) programs of the region. On that day, for instance, it will inaugurate a P7-million integrated broodstock and hatchery pilot demonstration complex at its headquarters in the seaside town of Tigbauan, Iloilo, situated 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
