A theme park called "FishWorld" is rising here. The facility is being built by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) along the national road that cuts across its 40-hectare complex in this seaside town 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
