    Excerpt
For the first time in the Philippines, panther grouper, a fish species locally known as señorita, has spawned in captivity. The feat was achieved at the fish farm of Filiberto Oliveros, chairman of the Honda Bay Foundation, one of the broodstock management and seed production sites for commercially important fishes in Palawan.
