The Mindanao State University (MSU) campus in Naawan town and Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) have been conferred centennial awards by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) for their pioneering work in the development of the sugpo hatchery technology.
