An integrated fish broodstock and pilot hatchery-demonstration complex has been built in this town by the Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) aquaculture department. The facility was constructed on the national highway that cuts through the Center's complex in this town, 25 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
