    Tigbauan's regular training courses on aquaculture will be conducted this year for Asians by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development (SEAFDEC-AQD). The first course, which has already been completed last March 16-30, was attended by participants from the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia.
