If it is any indication, the Field Day/Foodfest held by the Technology Verification Project of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) on March 11 proved that the tilapia has arrived. The activity was held in collaboration with the local government of Bingawan and the Bingawan Multipurpose Cooperative to promote tilapia culture for landlocked areas like Bingawan.
