    Excerpt
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has developed a manual series about how the general public should rescue stranded or captured marine animals. The DENR’s Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB), in coordination with the Marine Wildlife Watch of the Philippines (MWWP), made the three-volume Philippine Aquatic Wildlife Rescue and Response Manual Series. The manual is a comprehensive guide on best practices and suggested standards for response during encounters with different sea animals.
