Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of DENR-2 and Community Environment and Natural Resources (CENR) officer Joselito Razon led the release of the sea turtles, locally called pawikan, in Barangay Punta. Razon said that sometime in November last year, a female turtle was seen by a local fisherfolk walking along the beach.en
