Guimaras’ fish production dropped by 3.49 percent in the fourth quarter of 2021, pulled down by the -11.42=percent decreased output in aquaculture, the quarterly fishery survey of the Philippine Statistics Authority showed. Total fish production in Q4 2021 at 1,716.76 metric tons (MT) had a shortfall of 62.13MT than the 1,778.89 MT output in Q4 2020. The Q4 2021 figure is the lesser output for three comparable quarters.
